Paid, but Telegram Stars or Premium did not arrive — what to do
Short answer. Check the payment status and recipient username, then save the receipt and order number. Contact only the service’s official support channel. If unresolved, open a transaction case with the payment provider or card-issuing bank; never share a password, SMS code or 2FA code. Buy via StarsJoy or Uzgets.
Open the operation in your bank or payment app. “Successful”, “pending” and “cancelled” are different states. Record the amount, time and transaction identifier.
Check the order details
Verify the username, product and package. A one-character username error may send the product to another account. Do not place a second order before the stated delivery window ends, as this can cause a duplicate charge.
What to send support
The order number, payment time, amount, recipient username and receipt are sufficient. Do not send a full card number, CVV, SMS code, Telegram password or 2FA code.
If support does not respond
Once the service’s response window has passed, contact the payment provider or card-issuing bank and obtain a case number. Refund options depend on the payment method and service terms; a bank case does not guarantee an automatic refund.
