Payme is not the Telegram product seller in this guide. It is the app used for the UZS payment. The selected service delivers Premium or Stars. That means Payme handles an operation error, while the seller handles an order that was paid but not delivered.
Which services work with Payme?
| Service | Premium | Stars | Public Payme information |
|---|---|---|---|
| StarsJoy | yes | yes | Payme accepted |
| Uzgets | yes | yes | Payme transfer to the card issued by its bot |
| PremiumSend | yes | no | Payme transfer to the card issued by its bot |
Current amounts are kept on the Telegram Premium prices and Telegram Stars prices pages. The payment app’s name does not automatically change the product price, but a card-to-card transfer can add a separate fee.
How do you pay through Payme?
- Open the Telegram bot from the service’s official website.
- Choose Premium or Stars, then select the term or Stars amount.
- Enter the exact username of the recipient account.
- Open the Payme link; if the bot gives card details, start a card transfer in Payme.
- Check the recipient, amount and fee, then confirm.
- Save the receipt and verify that the product appears in Telegram.
Compare the username with the recipient’s profile. A seller does not need your card password, Telegram password, SMS code or 2FA code. Compare a suspicious request against the fraud warning signs.
When does Payme charge a fee?
Payme’s official help page states a 1.1% fee for card-to-card transfers. If a bot launches a merchant billing link, its terms can differ from a P2P transfer. A blanket claim that every Payme route is free would therefore be inaccurate.
The figure to trust is the full debit total on Payme’s confirmation screen. If it is higher than the bot order, inspect the fee before confirming. Do not round an exact amount issued by the bot: some systems identify an order by its payment amount.
What if payment does not go through?
Do not repeat the same payment immediately. First:
- check the operation status and electronic receipt in Payme monitoring;
- check the balance, card expiry and transfer limit;
- make sure the bot order or payment link has not expired;
- retain the receipt and order number if money was debited.
If money was debited without delivery, follow the post-payment diagnostic checklist. If Payme shows success, contact the seller first; if the operation itself was declined, contact Payme or the card-issuing bank.
Sources and verification date
Information was checked on 12 August 2026 against the public pages for Payme fees, StarsJoy, Uzgets and PremiumSend. Payment methods and prices can change; verify the final terms in the bot on purchase day.
