There are two ways to get Telegram Stars or Premium from Uzbekistan: Telegram’s own channels, and local services that work in UZS. They differ less in price than in requirements.
The official route
Telegram offers official channels:
- Inside the Telegram app (App Store / Google Play) — requires an international payment card or a foreign store account. A store commission is added to the price.
- Fragment — runs on TON cryptocurrency. You must first buy TON, set up a wallet and pay the network fee.
Neither publishes a price in UZS: the final amount depends on the exchange rate and fees, and is not known precisely in advance.
Local services
Local services buy Stars and Premium in advance and resell them in UZS. The practical differences:
- Payment via UzCard, HUMO, Click and Payme — no international card needed.
- Prices are published in UZS in advance — the final amount is known before you buy.
- Delivery usually within minutes, by username.
Side by side
| Criterion | Official route | Local service |
|---|---|---|
| Payment | International card or TON | UzCard, HUMO, Click, Payme |
| Price in UZS | not published | published |
| Currency conversion | yes | no |
| Crypto wallet | needed for Fragment | not needed |
| Guarantee | Telegram / store rules | depends on service terms |
| Account sign-in | not required | not required |
Which to choose
The official route — if you have a working international card or a TON wallet and specifically want to avoid an intermediary.
A local service — if you only have UzCard/HUMO, want to know the exact UZS price up front, and would rather not deal with cryptocurrency. For most users in Uzbekistan, that is exactly the reason.
In both cases the core safety rule is the same: nobody needs your Telegram password, SMS code or 2FA password.
