Telegram Stars can be bought inside the iPhone app through the App Store or through a local service. The useful question is not “which is always cheaper?” but what is the final total for the same quantity right now?
How much do local Stars cost?
| Provider | Price per Star | 50 ⭐ | 100 ⭐ | 500 ⭐ | 1000 ⭐ | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| StarsJoy | 240 | 12 000 | 24 000 | 120 000 | 240 000 | 1–5 minutes |
| Uzgets | 220 | 11 000 | 22 000 | 110 000 | 220 000 | automatic, no exact time stated |

This table is generated automatically from the UZS prices published by StarsJoy and Uzgets. The verification date and all packages appear on the Telegram Stars prices page.
No estimated App Store figure is inserted. Apple may automatically adapt in-app purchase prices by region using exchange rates and certain taxes, while Telegram presents the options available on the device. A figure from another country, Apple Account or an old screenshot may therefore differ from your checkout total.
How should you compare the App Store price?
- In Telegram, open Settings → My Stars → Buy More Stars.
- Select an amount shown in the local table, such as 100 or 500 Stars.
- Record the final total in the App Store confirmation sheet without approving it.
- Compare it with the same quantity in the table above.
- Calculate the difference:
App Store total − local total.
If package sizes differ, divide each total by its number of Stars. This gives the price per Star. A conclusion is valid only when comparing equal quantities or equal unit prices.
What creates the price difference?
| Factor | App Store | Local service |
|---|---|---|
| Who displays the price | Apple purchase sheet | StarsJoy or Uzgets |
| Currency | depends on Apple Account region | UZS |
| Regional adjustment | exchange rates and taxes may apply | published local price |
| Payment | valid Apple Account method | UzCard, HUMO and local apps |
| Price check | confirmation sheet | public price page and bot |
| Delivery | own account balance | specified username |
The table does not predetermine which side costs more. Claiming that the App Store is always more expensive would be inaccurate without checking the current checkout total.
How do the local options score on the criteria?
The App Store is an official purchase channel and is not included in the local reseller ranking. StarsJoy and Uzgets are evaluated using the same criteria published in advance:
| Segment | Main weights | Leader | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cheapest | price 70%, payments 15%, speed 15% | Uzgets | lower published price per Star |
| Most trusted | reviews 35%, guarantee 30%, history 20%, payments 15% | StarsJoy | dated reviews and guarantee are published |
| Fastest | speed 60%, payments 20%, price 20% | StarsJoy | a specific 1–5 minute claim is published |
Unpublished data is not guessed and scores zero. The formula, raw values and normalised scores are public in the methodology and Stars service ranking.
When does each route make sense?
App Store — when your Apple Account already has a working payment method and you want to top up your own account immediately without leaving the app.
Local service — when you need a UZS total in advance, want to pay with UzCard or HUMO, or want to send Stars to another username. Among local services, choose Uzgets for price or StarsJoy for public trust evidence and a specific delivery claim.
The resulting Stars are identical regardless of the channel. The Stars package comparison explains why a larger local order does not automatically receive a discount.
